Newcastle launches 85% LTV mortgage range
Newcastle Intermediaries has recently launched a range of 85% LTV mortgages. The deals have rates which start at 2.85% and there are no product fees on selected products.
The products in the range are available to first-time buyers, home movers and remortgage customers.
A two-year fix at 2.85% (5.3% APRC) is available at a max LTV of 85% and has a product fee of £999. However, a 2% repayment charge until 31 January 2022 and 1% until 31 January 2023 applies.
The range also offers a free standard valuation on properties up to £500,000. Moreover, allows 10% overpayments per annum supporting customers who require the flexibility to make lump sum capital payments.
