Visit as per client’s instructions with tradesmen to obtain quotes
Perform all necessary surveys to estimate additional costs of repair & maintenance, improvements, or renovations, as appropriate and agreed with the client.
Provide quotes on refurbishment costs
Provide timescale estimates
Provide detailed workings to help the client make an informed decision on the potential opportunity
Supply estimated refurbished value
Deal with, on behalf of the client, with the estate agents/vendors throughout the transaction phase till close
Engage with the solicitor /financial advisor /accountant where appropriate and as advised by the client.
Engage with the estate agent / vendor and negotiate following survey findings for additional price reduction
